Hello and Welcome to Cornish Poultry,

This site was created by Jonathan Halls and Sam Ovens.
Sam and myself are both from farming families. I live just off Bodmin Moor in the Draynes Valley and Sams familly farms Near Pelynt, Nr. Looe.
We teamed up together to utilise our poultry knowledge and experience to advertise and promote our poultry.
We both keep and breed rare traditionaly bred poultry.(breed info) We are not a business, this a hobby for us both an our main aim is to preserve traditional breeds and provide others with local knowledge and the opportunity of buying traditional breeds locally.

We breed from our hens in the spring and continue right throughout the year. When available we offer young hens/ day old chicks and breeding cockerels for sale. We also offer hatching eggs for sale when available.

All of our hens are bred correctly to breed standards and are bred from unrelated stock and are all kept in individual runs that allow the hens to kept pure and whilst also running free range.

As well as our hens, we offer poultry arks for sale. These really are well made arks and we only charge what we consider a fair and reasonable price, which is far less than what local suppliers ask.
If you do not like the arks we have available I can make any ark/ poultry house to any specs, all you have to do is contact us, tell us what you want and I will make it for you. I guarantee to beat any price you see else where!
